Will the Patton Boggs law firm be able to file an"objection" to the 363 sale by the June 19th deadline?
ReplyDeleteWill the Patton Boggs law firm be allowed to file a timely ( before June 19th) "objection" to the 363 sale?
ReplyDeleteThe answer is Yes, Patton and Boggs can file their objections to the GM Sale by the 19th, even if the hearing for official committee recognition is scheduled for the 23rd. My answer is based on the handwritten endorment on the top of Doc. 576

The hand written endorsement state: Endorsed Order: Request for order shortening time denied. Movants may, of course, file such papers as they see fit whether or not they have been designated as as official committee. S/REG USBJ 6/9/09
What about our unpaid accrued interest up until June 1? Do we need to file a separate claim for that money or is it included in the filing for our bonds in general?
ReplyDeleteIs there any information about claims for our unpaid accrued interest up until June 1?
ReplyDeleteMust we file a separate claim for these amounts or will they be included in the general bond settlement? Thank you.
